I love both of them. I would make each recipe again, and again. I honestly couldn't pick a favorite. #1 taste just like you think it will, a bite of cake with cream cheese frosting. Or maybe I just eat too much cake, so that's how I felt about it. Recipe #2 surprisingly did taste a lot like The real Oreo cookies in my opinion. Yummy!
Tip: Do not feed Baby one right before bedtime! She was watching me make these,
So I had to give her a few taste. Big Mistake! Josie was up, and laughing and running around like Crazy till sometime after midnight!

This is definitely a choir cookie. Anything that can keep a little human awake for hours past sleepytime, can make a ward sing for 30 minutes. I am going to try these recipes.
